Find the date of your choice in the calendar below and click on it to see what tours are available. If you don’t see the tour of your choice open for bookings we suggest you send us an e-mail inquiry as we may still be able to accommodate you and confirm a new tour.

1. Booking online will provide you an instant overview of tour options bookable on the dates of your choice and you can secure your booking instantly using your credit or debit card.
2. After finalizing your booking details you will be able to review and edit your booking details before paying and you will receive an e-mail confirmation from our booking system, providing you a booking reference number and confirmed tour details.
3. At the time of paying for your booking with card details, the full amount will be reserved (authorization hold) on your card, but not yet charged (captured) by us.
4. Actual payment will be charged within a few days and will appear as a charge coming from Nordic Ventures on your account statement. At the time actual payment is processed you will receive an additional e-mail from us with your actual booking invoice and your booking is now all paid. We collect your e-mail address and phone number during the booking process so we can contact you with information in regards to your booking or if we have any questions that we may need to clarify in order to finalize your booking and get things right on our side.
